Day one at work

I woke up early hoping driver would come early to the hotel….turns out no one works before 10-11 here…so I went down for breakfast…then back p to sleep and waited.

Got to the grand office….took a grand tour….nice….it took forever though and I couldn’t talk to TT or shoot any pics to show him…
Eventually I called…he was taking his parents out and going to Massoud’s.

T got his home line international calls working….thank God.
I was a little disappointed at work…no Macs….hours are late….no office yet for me….they are moving many things around….it seemed a little diorganised….I settled a car rental for 1950 AEd but needed my passport copy, bank account and international license…..so instead I pay 1000AED for insurance, since I havew no bank account and …I had the agency talk to the hotel to give me my passport back….I had no lunch….
But by 7:30…I left by cab to Le Meridien hotel Sea Food market…..met Laz’s friends Prince Albert and his wife, Tiiny, and her Fiance….and the next president of the Ivory coast…..was sooo weird….but I enjoyed the seafood meal…although I never eat fish…but TT taught me how to eat them right….so…bon appetite…then we drove to Marriot for coffee, tea and dates…and back to hotel
